Track plate crack and release detector (iPC)

Track plate crack and release detector(iPC) is the track plate intelligent detection equipment independently developed by our company. Using laser and machine vision technology, it can quickly collect the images and THREE-DIMENSIONAL data of the track plate surface, the edge of the track plate and the support layer of the track bed, and automatically identify the surface cracks of the track plate and the change value of the track plate from the gap. Through the track plate data management platform, the change trend of the surface disease and the release value of the track plate in different historical periods in the same interval is visualized, providing a decision-making basis for the scientific maintenance of the track plate.
